The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 21 "An Act                    
relating to penalties for violations of commercial fishing laws" and           
recommended the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page                 
180 be adopted.  Signing do pass: Senators Frank, Halford, Cochairs,           
Senators Rieger, Phillips, Donley, Sharp.  Signing no                          
recommendation: Senator Zharoff.
